Tavarua is the place, Restaurants is the wave. It fronts the Tavarua Island surf resort in Fiji that basically kicked off the "luxury surf resort" industry with a huge boom. It's an ideal tropical island environment with a world class left hander that most all "goofy foot" surfers must experience. If the have the coin (its not cheap), get on it.
